I prefer white cheddar cheese, as it has no additives to make it yellow and thus more natural and cheesier in my opinion. All the yellow powder cheese taste so fake to me. My second would be the Velvetta stuff, as it is not fake tasting like the powder stuff. Of course, homemade mac and cheese is the best and if I am too lazy to make the sauce I just sprinkle on shredded cheese to make it easy/fast. My favorite is the White Cheddar Shells.
